We would like to congratulate Paul Stampfer on his sub-auspiciis doctorate. This highest award for academic achievement in Austria recognizes a consistently excellent academic career.
Paul Stampfer completed his studies in Technical Physics at Graz University of Technology. He completed his Master’s thesis at KAI and his PhD at ams-osram.
Since January 2025, Paul Stampfer has been part of the KAI team again – this time as a researcher in the field of wide-bandgap semiconductors. He is researching point defects in silicon carbide (SiC), which have a significant impact on the reliability and performance of power transistors.
