In FastLane, KAI will support the partners with analytical tools for quantitatively analyzing contaminants and dopant regions on wafer and device levels. With the development of innovative laser-based measurement procedures adapted for the value chain of SiC, KAI will support the partners in optimizing their manufacturing process.
